An architecture graduate from Jadavpur University, Kolkata with a Masters in Urban Design from SPA, New Delhi, Ar. Monica Khosla Bhargava furthered her studies, and received a SIDA Fellowship to pursue a PG Diploma in Architecture and Development Studies at Lund University, Sweden.
As Founder and Principal of KHAM Consultants, she has been in practice since 1992 and felicitated with several national and international awards. Her projects expressing her spatial, cultural, and environmental ethos have been featured extensively. She has been invited to present papers at various conferences in India, Bangladesh, Japan, and the UK.
Undue love for nature turned her into an International Floral Artist. She keeps representing India in international events in the World Flower Shows. Besides learning about nature in a very intimate way, this love also lets her understand the vagaries of designing and its implementation in the world of architecture.
