In Gurgaon, Delhi, Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. (NRI), a prominent Japanese economic research and consulting firm within the Nomura Group, proudly announces the completion of its fourth office phase. Collaborating with Ultraconfidentiel Design, NRI upholds its commitment to cultivating serene workspaces. The design by Ultraconfidentiel Design unfolds as an experiential journey, commencing with captivating curves at the entrance. Illuminated strategically, these curves guide visitors and employees, reminiscent of the tranquillity found in a Japanese Zen garden.
Spanning an expansive 12,000 square feet in Gurgaon, this latest expansion seamlessly integrates with the three preceding phases. The office interior adopts a palette of calming greens with terracotta accents, fostering a serene yet focused atmosphere. Green becomes a signature and unifying element across all phases.
Meticulous planning characterizes the office layout, with workstations strategically positioned along the glazing to maximize natural light. Meeting rooms and cabins draw occupants deeper into the space, and a cafeteria with a vast glazed wall adjacent to the work area enhances openness and the free flow of light.
Beyond aesthetics, the well-being of the NRI team takes precedence. The office features dynamic spaces designed for spontaneous interactions, ranging from enclosed phone rooms for private conversations to expansive collaboration areas for informal gatherings. Departing from tradition, the workstation zone introduces high tables and lounge seating, promoting a dynamic and engaging work environment.
With each new phase, NRI's Gurgaon office sets a benchmark for office design, skillfully balancing tranquillity with versatility. This design philosophy underscores the belief that the environment in which we work is as integral as the work itself.
