Ar. Shaun Killa Collaborates with CRC Group for Project in Delhi NCR

India’s luxury real estate market has kicked in a major milestone. The Dubai-based architect Shaun Killa and his award-winning firm, Killa Design, is now appointed by CRC Group to design the extravagant and luxurious residential project in Greater Noida. Planned to be launched by early 2025, the project is all set to establish high standards with the main motive to integrate spectacular sustainable design ethics with uber-luxury style.
The renowned architect, Shaun Killa, is much appreciated for his design style which revolves around sustainability and innovation. Some of his curations include the Museum of the Future in Dubai and the Bahrain World Trade Center which is the world’s first commercial building to feature integrated wind turbines. The architect strongly believes in abiding by the notions which focus on environmentally conscious structures, making him earn numerous accolades worldwide.
Talking about the collaboration, Killa mentioned, “We are excited to bring our design philosophy of sustainability and innovation to this landmark project with CRC Group. Our goal is to create a design that not only stands the test of time but also respects the environment and complements the culture of the region.”

The CRC project which is upcoming will feature limited units, as the agenda would majorly focus on providing unique living experience to the people living. The architect’s design approach to the project will mostly revolve around biophilic and green designs, backed by eco-friendly technologies and sustainable ideologies.

In India, Killa Design has already made its mark with the Namaste W Hotel in Mumbai and The World in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad.
