"As an architect with over three decades of experience, specialising in hospitality projects across regions like Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, and Delhi, I’ve faced numerous challenges. That foundation has guided me through countless projects, including my latest endeavour—renovating Hilltop, a 50-year-old wooden building nestled in the serene beauty of Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir," shares Ar. This historic hotel presented a unique challenge: its topography and time constraints. With only three months to completely renovate the structure, every decision had to be precise, efficient, and impactful. The client's vision demanded an end-to-end redesign, encompassing plumbing, fire safety, and a complete façade transformation—all while preserving the building’s connection to its natural surroundings.

For the façade renovation, NewMika FX proved to be the ideal material.
